What happens after 500 Lifetime Founder spots fill?
The Lifetime Founder tier closes permanently at $1,499. We may open a second cap (e.g., 500 more at $1,999) later, but no guarantee. The original 500 lock pricing on every future product — that benefit is unique to this cohort.
Do credits really never expire?
Correct. Buy a 50-pack today, use one this weekend and 49 next year. We track credits in your dashboard balance with no expiration. Unused credits convert 1:1 if you later upgrade to Pro.
Can I switch from monthly Pro to Annual?
Yes — we prorate your monthly remainder against the annual price. Most people switch around month 6 to lock the savings.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes — every new account gets 3 free AI analyses, one-time, to try every tool. That's "free trial" — not "5 forever." After three analyses, buy a credit pack ($9 for 10) or upgrade to Pro for a monthly credit allowance.
What's the refund policy?
One rule, one exception. Every subscription (Starter, Pro, Pro Annual, Power, Shop) and credit pack is refundable within 14 days, prorated for any credits already consumed. Lifetime Founder is the exception: 30-day full refund window — full $1,499 back, no questions, your seat returns to the pool. After the window closes, no refund — you keep access through the period you already paid for, and you can cancel future renewals at any time from your dashboard.
How does the founder cap work in real time?
The counter on this page updates as new founders join. When it hits 0, the tier is locked. We don't oversell. If we're between counts when you click and someone else completes checkout first, you're refunded immediately and offered annual at the equivalent price.
Can a shop have founder seats?
The Lifetime Founder tier is for individual collectors. Shops should use the Shop tier — it includes shared partners@cardprepai.com support and dedicated onboarding. Shop owners can hold a personal Founder account in addition to their Shop subscription.
